Collaborative Leadership Advisor

Dr Edward Marshall works with client leadership teams to build the trust, alignment and shared ownership that turn destination strategies into delivered results. For BAM-SA clients he leads executive facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and culture and change programmes, the collaborative foundations on which successful destination partnerships are built.

Over a 35-year consulting career, Edward has facilitated more than 150 change initiatives and coached over 100 C-level and senior executives at organisations including DuPont, Microsoft, Marriott and Philips Healthcare. His Collaborative Method became a best practice at DuPont and won the Excellence in Organization Development award from the Association for Talent Development. He is the author of three books on collaborative leadership, most recently Leadership’s 4th Evolution: Collaboration for the 21st Century, and has taught leadership at Duke University’s Pratt School of Engineering and Fuqua School of Business. He holds a PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
